1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jay9a ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). • Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using jay9a. If you access the platform from a restricted territory, you do so entirely at your own risk.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under laws applicable to you, and must not be under any self-exclusion order or playing restriction imposed by jay9a or any other gaming platform.
• KYC Verification: jay9a may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including as a condition of processing any withdrawal. 3. Account Registration and Security

• Account Transfer: Your jay9a account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of all involved accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jay9a are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jay9a supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for Bangladesh players. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method without exception.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. jay9a reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements specified at the time of each promotion. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been fully satisfied. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and may not be used interchangeably until rollover is cleared.

• Currency: All balances are maintained in BDT. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate at time of transaction will apply. jay9a is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any difference between the amount sent and the amount credited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jay9a offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification. New player welcome bonuses are available only to first-time depositing accounts. Attempting to claim a new player bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus-linked balance. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jay9a. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Using false identity documents, providing inaccurate personal information, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way is a serious violation and will be treated as fraud, triggering immediate account closure and full balance forfeiture.
• Money Laundering: Using jay9a for the purpose of money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities without delay.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using automated betting software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, or employing any method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jay9a by a person under 21 years of age, including sharing account credentials with a minor, is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Abuse of Staff: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jay9a customer support staff or other platform users will result in immediate account suspension. jay9a is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for its staff and player community.

7. Responsible Gaming

jay9a is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings after logging in. We encourage all players to use them proactively.

The jay9a name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of jay9a. You may not use any jay9a trademark without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, logo, or trade name belonging to jay9a or its affiliates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jay9a, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jay9a platform or its services. This includes without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

jay9a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jay9a account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions; in such cases jay9a's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jay9a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the jay9a website. Where a change is material, jay9a will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a platform notice or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through jay9a's customer support team within 30 days of the dispute being raised shall be referred to binding arbitration.
